About
Philosophy
I believe meaningful access to users and evidence-based design are critical for business and product success. My approach focuses on solving complex design challenges to improve people's work and environments.
Leadership
My leadership philosophy centres on enabling design teams to excel through research promotion and strategic thinking. I focus on building organisational relationships and fostering user-centred organisational culture.
Background
I hold a Master's in Interaction Design from Goldsmiths University London, with additional study in behavioural psychology at Birkbeck. My technical skills span prototyping software, HTML/CSS, video editing, 3D modelling, and animation. Previous experience includes laser-show design and interactive art installations.
Community
I am active in London's UX and Service Design communities. I co-founded the UX Community Meetup group, which has over 1,100 registered members, hosting talks and facilitating discussions on design practice.
